Hi there! I'm so happy you're here :) My name is Keri and I'm the creator and owner behind Sunset Macrame.
As a teenage girl, I remember looking at pictures of wall hangings in awe and thinking, WOW! Never did I think after being laid off from my job in 2020, I would actually learn how to macrame! What started as a hobby in March 2020, quickly became a business in April, that very next month! I macrame in various forms including earrings, plant hangers, coasters, wall hangings, and where ever else my creative urges takes me.
Sunset Macrame is now approaching two years in business, in April 2022, and I couldn't have done it without all of the support from my customers! Thank you for allowing me to have this creative outlet my soul had been yearning for, years prior, and giving my business a purpose: creating pretty things for you!
Not only do my customers give me creative fulfillment, they also help support me through graduate school. I'm currently finishing up my second year and I have big dreams to earn my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. I plan on using my education to help others with metal health difficulties and challenges :)
